Through wise management of public funds, the Municipal Council has made Bouctouche the envy of surrounding municipalities with a 4% (an almost negligible) debt ratio. The Town now uses public funds to enhance quality of life and promote economic development while maintaining a comfortable reserve fund, placing it in an excellent position to benefit from provincial and federal programs that require a municipal contribution.
